  6. Slice potatoes and throw them into the pan. Fry for several minutes.
  7. Beat the eggs in a bowl and pour them into the pan.
  8. Stir the dish constantly and season it with salt and pepper. 
  9. Turn off the hit and add chopped or whole olives and parsley on top!
