  2. 3 sets and 12 reps in each set of Glute Bridges with Easy Bar off Bench 
  3. 3 sets and 12 reps in each set of Chest Flyes 
  4. 3 sets and 12 reps in each set of Shoulder Raises(Cable Side ) 
  5. 3 sets and 12 reps in each set of Tricep Kickbacks with cable  
  6. 3 sets of 60 seconds of Forearm Planks
  7. 3 sets and 20 reps in each set of Lying Leg Raises
  8. 3 sets and 20 reps in each set of V-Ups

Wednesday – Long Distance Run (Outdoor)

Chopra runs outdoors for at least 45 minutes on Wednesdays. If she’s feeling particularly energetic, she’ll run for an hour.

Thursday – Pilates, Yoga/Spin Class & Pilates

Priyanka has another day of Pilates, followed by either yoga or spin, and then finishes with Pilates.

Friday – Full Body Workout

  8. 3 sets and 20 reps in each set of Cable Crunches

Saturday and Sunday – Off Day

Off days are important for Chopra to rest and recover her muscles. On her days off, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and going for walks.

Diet
