Workout Principles

Liver King was one of the most successful bodybuilders of his generation. Though he retired from competition in the early 1990s, his influence can still be seen in bodybuilding today. One of the things that made Liver King so successful was his adherence to certain workout principles.

  • First, he always warmed up before lifting weights. This helped to prevent injuries and also enabled him to lift heavier weights.
  • Second, he lifted weights gradually, increasing the amount raised each week. This allowed his body time to adjust to the new workload and prevented him from becoming injured.
  • Finally, the Liver King always took time to cool down after lifting weights. This helped his muscles to recover more quickly and also prevented cramping.

By following these simple principles, Liver King achieved success in the world of bodybuilding.

In addition to lifting weights, Liver King does cardio exercises like running and biking. He believes that cardio is essential for heart health and maintains that it helps him to stay lean. On rest days, Liver King enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
